Terms & Conditions

Thank you for traveling with Inspire Travel Group. Our desire is to create an intentional, immersive, and transformative experience as we walk through the lands of the Bible together. The following Terms & Conditions outline the policies, responsibilities, and expectations related to your participation.

Please read carefully before registering.

1. Registration & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required to secure your place on the tour.

Your registration is not confirmed until both:

  • The completed registration form has been received

  • The deposit payment is received

Final payment is due by 120 days before travel.

Failure to make payment by the final due date may result in cancellation of your reservation.

2. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation penalties are as follows:

  • From registration until ________: Deposit is non-refundable

  • ________ to ________: ___% of total trip cost is non-refundable

  • ________ to departure: 100% of total trip cost is non-refundable

Inspire Travel Group strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.

No refunds are provided for:

  • No-shows

  • Early departures

  • Unused portions of the itinerary

3. Minimum Group Size

This tour requires a minimum number of participants to operate.

If minimum enrollment is not met, Inspire Travel Group reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the tour and issue a full refund of payments made to Inspire Travel Group
    OR

  • Adjust pricing accordingly

Participants will be notified no later than 60 days prior to departure if minimum numbers are not met.

4. Airline Schedules & Travel Arrangements

Airline schedules, flight times, aircraft, and routing are subject to change without notice.

Inspire Travel Group is not responsible for:

  • Airline schedule changes

  • Delays

  • Cancellations

  • Lost luggage

  • Missed connections

Participants are responsible for complying with airline policies and baggage requirements.

5. Currency Fluctuation & Pricing Adjustments

Tour pricing is based on current exchange rates, fuel costs, taxes, and supplier contracts at the time of publication.

Inspire Travel Group reserves the right to adjust pricing due to:

  • Significant currency exchange rate fluctuations

  • Government-imposed taxes or fees

  • Fuel surcharges

  • Supplier increases beyond our control

Participants will be notified promptly of any adjustments.

6. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required.

Travel insurance should include coverage for:

  • Trip cancellation

  • Trip interruption

  • Medical expenses

  • Emergency evacuation

  • Political evacuation

  • Travel delays

Inspire Travel Group is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.

7. Health & Physical Requirements

This tour involves:

  • Extensive walking (3–5 miles per day)

  • Uneven terrain

  • Stairs

  • Outdoor conditions

  • Variable weather

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating.

Inspire Travel Group reserves the right to remove a participant from the tour if their health or mobility limits the safety or experience of the group.

8. Safety, Regional Conditions & Travel to Israel

Travel to Israel involves international travel in a region where geopolitical conditions may change.

Participants acknowledge:

  • Israel is a modern, vibrant nation with advanced infrastructure and security systems.

  • Regional tensions, military activity, civil unrest, or security incidents may occur without warning.

  • Travel advisories may be issued or modified by the U.S. State Department or other government agencies.

  • Military operations, acts of war, terrorism, civil disturbances, or other security-related events may impact travel plans.

In the event of escalated conflict, military action, terrorism, or significant security concerns — including but not limited to rocket fire, bombings, border conflicts, or regional unrest — Inspire Travel Group will work closely with on-ground tour operators, local authorities, and security advisors to assess safety conditions.

Inspire Travel Group reserves the right to:

  • Modify the itinerary

  • Substitute locations

  • Delay or adjust travel plans

  • Cancel the tour if safety cannot be reasonably assured

Participants understand that no destination can be guaranteed risk-free.

By registering, participants voluntarily assume the risks associated with international travel, including travel to regions experiencing political or military tension.

Refunds due to geopolitical or security-related disruptions will be subject to the policies and recoverability of funds from airlines, hotels, and ground operators.

9. Force Majeure

Inspire Travel Group shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations if prevented or delayed by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God

  • War

  • Military actions

  • Terrorism

  • Civil unrest

  • Government travel restrictions

  • Epidemics or pandemics

  • Natural disasters

  • Labor strikes

  • Airline disruptions

In such cases, refunds will depend on the recoverability of funds from suppliers.

10. Responsibility Clause

Inspire Travel Group acts as a coordinator of travel services and partners with licensed and insured tour operators, airlines, hotels, and transportation providers.

Inspire Travel Group is not responsible for:

  • Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers

  • Injury, loss, accident, delay, or damage

  • Loss of personal belongings

  • Changes made by suppliers

All services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.

11. Photography & Media Release

By participating in this tour, you grant Inspire Travel Group permission to use photographs and video taken during the trip for promotional and marketing purposes.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for this tour, you acknowledge that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

  • Accept the risks associated with international travel

  • Agree to all policies stated above
